يحفظ SAC على جهازك اللغة المختارة والدورات المفضلة ونسخة من دليل الدورات. لا تُرسل قائمة مفضلتك أو كلمات بحثك إلى المركز أثناء استخدام الدليل.

يمكنك تصفح الدورات دون إنشاء حساب، ومسح البيانات المحفوظة من داخل التطبيق متى شئت.

عند إرسال طلب تسجيل، نستلم اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني ورقم هاتفك وطريقة الحضور والدورة المختارة، مع موافقتك على التواصل بشأن الطلب. الملاحظات اختيارية.

عند اقتراح دورة أو التواصل معنا، نستلم المعلومات التي تكتبها في النموذج. نستخدمها للرد عليك ومتابعة طلبك.

تتم متابعة الدفع يدويًا مع المركز. قد تتضمن سجلات المتابعة المبلغ والعملة وطريقة الدفع ومرجع الإيصال وتاريخ التأكيد، وتُرسل رسالة متابعة إلى بريدك.

لا تطلب نماذج التسجيل بيانات بطاقتك أو كلمة مرور حسابك المصرفي. يرجى عدم كتابتها في الملاحظات.

يطلع موظفو المركز المخوّلون على بيانات طلبك للرد والمتابعة. نستعين بمزودي تشغيل الموقع والبريد لمعالجة الطلبات وإرسال إشعاراتها، وقد يعالجون معلومات اتصال لازمة لتشغيل الخدمة وحمايتها.

عند مشاركة دورة تختار أنت الجهة التي ترسل إليها رابطها. تخضع المواقع والخدمات الخارجية التي تفتحها لسياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بها.

يراجع المركز طلبات التسجيل وسجلات متابعتها، ولا تُحذف تلقائيًا بعد مدة محددة.

مسح بيانات SAC من جهازك أو حذف التطبيق لا يحذف طلباتك السابقة لدى المركز أو رسائل البريد المتعلقة بها.

يمكنك طلب الاطلاع على بيانات طلبك أو تصحيحها أو مراجعة حذفها عبر info@sana-alamar.com. اذكر مرجع الطلب إن وجد، ولا ترسل كلمات مرور أو بيانات بطاقات.

قد نطلب معلومات للتأكد من أن الطلب يخصك. نراجع طلبك مع مراعاة الحاجة إلى حفظ سجلات التسجيل والمتابعة.

SAC saves your selected language, favourite courses and a copy of the course directory on your device. Your favourites list and search terms are not sent to the centre when you use the directory.

You can browse courses without creating an account and clear the saved information from within the app whenever you choose.

When you submit a registration request, we receive your name, email address, phone number, attendance choice and selected course, along with your consent to be contacted about the request. Notes are optional.

When you suggest a course or contact us, we receive the information you enter in the form. We use it to respond and follow up on your request.

Payment is followed up manually with the centre. The follow-up record may include the amount, currency, payment method, receipt reference and confirmation date. A follow-up message is sent to your email address.

Registration forms do not ask for your payment-card details or bank-account password. Please do not include them in the notes.

Authorized centre staff use your request information to respond and follow up. We use website-operation and email providers to process requests and send their notifications. They may also process connection information needed to operate and protect the service.

When you share a course, you choose who receives its link. External websites and services that you open have their own privacy policies.

The centre reviews registration requests and their follow-up records. They are not automatically deleted after a fixed period.

Clearing SAC data on your device or uninstalling the app does not delete earlier requests held by the centre or related emails.

To ask about your request information, request a correction or ask us to review its deletion, contact info@sana-alamar.com. Include your request reference if available. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.

We may ask for information to check that the request is yours. We review your request while taking registration and follow-up recordkeeping needs into account.
